Refund policy

We have specific refund, cancellation & reschedule policies for each partner properties which are listed under their names here. These are partner specific policies and TravelleHers or its team cannot be held liable for non-adherence of the policy.

1. Anandvan resorts

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy :
* Reservations may be modified up to 7 days prior to arrival. Any applicable carry-forward voucher must be used within 90 days from the original booking date.
* Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival will result in 100% retention charges, with no refund or carry-forward voucher applicable.
* Carry-forward vouchers are _Not_ valid during Blackout dates, including Festive periods, Bank holidays, and Long weekends. Please check blackout dates with the reservations team.  

2. Naad Wellness
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are permitted up to one month prior to the date of arrival.
In the case of no-shows or early check-outs, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In the event of a last-minute emergency, a credit note for the equivalent amount may be issued, valid for utilization within one month.

Medical Policy:

We kindly advise female guests to plan their visit avoiding dates close to their menstrual cycle, as certain major therapies may not be conducted during this period.

3. Govardhan Eco Village

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• Cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled visit shall be eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellation made within 15 days prior to the scheduled visit shall be subject to a 20% deduction from the total booking amount.
• Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit shall be non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds
Any refund if applicable will be processed as per the individual property policy. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
